This programme includes the following services:-
- One routine maintenance visits per annum as required by Australian Standards AS2201.1.
- All service calls as required are performed during normal working hours.
- Replacement of faulty parts. (conditions apply)
- Remote Monitoring at our Grade A1 Central Monitoring Station
- An emailed weekly report of all recorded security activity received from the Intruder Alarm system at the client's premises.
- Patrol attendance for alarm activity. (conditions apply)
- A static guard is provided when the client's Intruder Alarm system is compromised.
- Remote downloading to the client's Intruder Alarm System for minor service changes and "arming" of the system.
All of the above, is provided for a one only annual fee; therefore, allowing the client's personnel the freedom to use their expertise and time in running their business.
"Late To Close" Check
"Late to Close" is a service Rontech Security offers to its clients' by providing a check of your monitored Intruder Alarm system approximately one hour after your scheduled closing times, to ensure you have "armed" your system.
Remote "Arming" of your Intruder Alarm system.
Rontech Security's operators can remotely activate ("arm") your Monitored Alarm system; consequently, saving you time, energy, money and providing peace of mind.
Emergency 24hour Service Response and Help Desk.
Rontech Security values the human factor. Our telecommunications system is not an automated prompting facility. Consequently, providing our clients with direct access to one of our
monitoring control room operators. Because Rontech clients' have this direct access to our monitoring operators they are not left waiting for an automated call queue system in a time of need.
